Screencast: Using Format Painter in Visio

The screencast shows you how to copy formatting from one shape …

  • To another shape with one click
  • To multiple shapes via grouping
  • To multiple shapes via drag-select (does not use groups)
  • To multiple shapes one-at-a-time by double-clicking the Format Paint Icon
