Working with Hidden Pages in Visio
Monday, September 5, 2011 at 5:40PM Did you know you can hide pages in Visio? Did you know there are keyboard shortcuts to move between pages. Ever have a document “lose” pages? All this and more are covered in a new screencast I made today.
KEY LESSONS FROM THE SCREENCAST
USE THE DRAWING EXPLORER TO NAVIGATE PAGES
Click on View > Drawing Explorer Window to show or hide the Drawing Explorer

The Drawing Explorer will show all pages whether hidden or not

THE DRAWING EXPLORER LETS YOU GET TO THE PAGE SETUP DIALOG AND PAGE SHAPESHEET

KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS
You can hide navigate through foreground and unhidden pages using keyboard shortcuts:
CTRL+PAGEUP –> move to previous page
CTRL+PAGEDOWN –> move to next page
THE UIVISIBILITY CELL CONTROLS WHETHER A PAGE IS VISIBLE OR NOT


0 = normal (unhidden)
1 = hidden
