In that post you were talking about WISPTIS.EXE, im wondering if you know how to deactivate it ? i think it may be interfering with my wacom...
The tool, works great!, but im still having an issue with my new intuos 5 on windows 7 x64, my touch features dont work well, it detects 2+ fingers when pressing just one or sometimes it just crash and i can't activate or deactivate with the expresskey. In the diagnostic tool it doesn't show any finger until i press it, and is working fine on other computers, neither is the cable as i tried with another cable.
I also tried on a fresh install of windows and still the same problem
Maybe somebody else has a similar problem and knows a solution.

@mago - for me using having the touch feature on my Intuos 5 with Windows 8 has been a very unrewarding experience and I end up disabling the touch feature entirely. I will look into the issues you described.
